• First Course: Roasted Rappahannock River Oysters with Tabasco Pearls and Horseradish Crisp

• Second Course: Chilled Blue Crab & Sweet Corn Soup

• Main Course: Grilled Rockfish with Risotto Milanese, Baby Squash, Blistered Tomatoes, and Roasted Tomato & White Wine Beurre Blanc

• Dessert Course: Lemon Verbena Panna Cotta with Blueberry Compote and Candied Lemon Peel
